Come learn knife skills from Rolando (chef) and the crew of the Clover truck. We'll teach knife safety, basic cuts, and how to change your cuts depending on what you want to make. We'll tackle onions, garlic, tomatoes, and how to break down something really large. Free. Open to all. At the truck.
