Heart monitors are one of the most effective aids for tracking and developing your progress on the path to increased aerobic endurance and earning better race results. While many athletes own heart monitors, they may not be using the devices to their full potential. In "Effective Heart Rate Training," you'll discover how to track and improve your cardiovascular fitness, prevent over-training, prevent under-training, and accurately measure your heart's work rate. Over the course of eight classes, you'll work up from base heart rate training to a hypothetical "Race Day".
