Basic knife cuts, knife safety, and if you dare..take a timed test. Come by the Clover truck during IAP to learn knife skills from Chef Rolando Robledo. We normally charge for these classes, but we're running the class free for the MIT community during IAP. Sign-ups are required, class size is limited to twenty people. We'll provide the knives.
