This program is designed for the more advanced adult swimmer who wants to learn the fundamentals of lap swimming and improve stroke technique. Pre-requisite: Students should know the front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke prior to taking this class, be able to swim 100 yards continuously, and be comfortable swimming in the 50 meter pool. Register online or at Alumni Wang (57) or Zesgier Center (W35) main customer service desk after December 9th.
