Do you understand swimming basics but need help putting it all together? Our instructors will help you improve your Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Sidestroke.  

Prerequisite:  Participants should be comfortable swimming on front and back.

Register with MIT Recreation either online or at the Member Services Desk at Zesiger or Alumni/Wang Centers.

This course offers instruction in basic swimming skills for beginners. Learn or improve on the basics of Front Crawl, Backstroke, Elementary Backstroke, Sidestroke, and Breaststroke.  Pre-requisite: Participants should be comfortable getting their face wet and floating on their front with assistance in shallow water.
