This course offers instruction in basic swimming skills for beginners. Learn or improve on the basics of Front Crawl, Backstroke, Elementary Backstroke, Sidestroke, and Breaststroke.  

Pre-requisite: Participants should be comfortable getting their face wet and floating on their front with assistance in shallow water.

Register with MIT Recreation either online or at the Member Services Desk at Zesiger or Alumni/Wang Centers.
