Open Water/Triathlon Training - AM

This course will increase your comfort when swimming for extended periods of time in open water, and is geared towards individuals who are training for a triathlon or an open water swim race. Swimmers will work to improve efficiency and build endurance while learning strategies specific to open water swimming.

Prerequisite:  Participants should be able to swim at least 200 yards of freestyle continuously and be comfortable in deep water.

Register with MIT Recreation either online or at the Member Services Desk at Zesiger or Alumni/Wang Centers.
