Looking for a fresh start this New Year? This program provides a strong foundation for you to succeed. Intended for beginners, this encompasses both components of fitness and nutrition by providing participants with four educational lectures, four small group personal training sessions, two individual nutrition sessions and one group exercise trial pass. You will set your goals and work towards achieving them while participating in this program. All sessions must be completed by Feb 11.
