This class works on the three disciplines needed for a triathlon...swimming, biking, and running. Each week you will meet with an instructor twice focusing on at least two sports weekly. Wednesdays will be biking and/ or running while Fridays focuses on swimming. This course is for beginners and intermediate athletes looking to improve their skills in swimming, biking and running as well as looking for some winter training motivation. The class will also help participants train for the Winter Tri on Saturday (2/4).
