Tai Chi Sampler: Modified Tai Chi for Health

Enjoy safe, relaxing, and easy-to-learn tai chi designed to be gentle on the body. This class plays with evidence-based combinations--modifications to Sun style with qigong exercises from Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health series. This 12-movement set can be done sitting or standing and has been acknowledged by the Arthritis Foundation and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

_____
