Tai Chi Sampler:  Yang Style Tai Chi

Yang style, the most popular of the major tai chi styles, features wider stances and expansive movements.  This class plays with the Beijing 24-posture simplified form, with a slow and even tempo.

This sampler plays with three of the most popular styles of tai chi.  Each class explores their unique features with the first class of the series demonstrating how tai chi can be modified to meet the needs of various levels of ability.
