Tai Chi Sampler:  Chen Style Tai Chi

Chen style, the oldest of the major tai chi styles, features lower stances, with spiraling, energetic movements, of both slow and quick tempos. This class plays with the Chen 36 form as taught by Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Institute.

This sampler plays with three of the most popular styles of tai chi.  Each class explores their unique features with the first class of the series demonstrating how tai chi can be modified to meet the needs of various levels of ability.
