Fee: $48.00 for MIT recreation members, $104 for non-members

Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is a specific method of training that incorporates all aspects of fitness. Scientists have determined they are 9 elements of fitness; strength, power, agility, balance, flexibility, local muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance, and coordination. This class will test you mentally and physically and can push your cardiovascular system to its' limit.
