Do you understand swimming basics but need help putting it all together? Improve your Front Crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Sidestroke.
Pre-requisite: Participant should be comfortable swimming on front and back, comfortable in deep water and should be able to tread water for at least 15 seconds.
