We are an informal and fun-loving bunch, and we feel that getting together to study the powerful art of Chung Do Kwan style Tae Kwon Do is a great way to work off MIT stress, to stay in shape, and to learn self-defense. Beginners, especially those with no martial arts experience, are always welcome, and IAP is the perfect time to start.
