Seminar to introduce undergraduate students to the fundamentals of leadership in their careers. Activities include talks by industry executives, self evaluations, team activities, and discussions with emphasis on demonstrating the many facets of leadership. Sponsored by Sloan/Leaders for Manufacturing Program and MIT ROTC program.
