Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)
Learn basic meditation and yoga for stress reduction and general health benefits. We will cover various topics, including hatha yoga (stretching exercises), breathing exercises, and laughter. Professional yoga teacher Victor Oppenheimer will help teach a portion of the class.
