Lost-wax investment casting is an art several millenia old. Molten metal is poured into molds to create such things as jewelry, golf club heads and brass rats. Come learn how to make your own cast handicrafts (up to as big as a golf ball) from silver, gold or bronze. There are two lectures (6-9pm) and each person will schedule two lab-days (10-12pm + 6-9pm). The cost of your materials will depend on which met you are casting; participants may keep what they buy.
