You will have half a 6-foot table for your display. We can supply an easel, but if you have your own, please bring it. There are no outlets in Lobby 13 (or none that are easily accessible) so please make sure your laptops are charged.

We will provide sandwiches for all group leaders so you can eat while setting up.

PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 12NOON to set up. Table choice will be first come, first serve, so the earlier you arrive, the better choice of table/space you'll have.
