Registration and Payment
Please fill out the Registration Form and submit it through our website. You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your registration and payment. The deadline for receipt of both the payment and registration form is January 14, 2009. Past this deadline registrations will be accepted on a limited basis. Please contact impact-bigwigs@mit.edu for information.
Payment information:
It is now possible to pay the registration fee online by credit card. If you prefer, checks can be made payable to "Impact, c/o MIT Design for Change".

Registration Packages:
There are five different registration levels for companies and organizations wishing to attend Impact. The prices for the levels will be finalized by October 2008.
Basic Registration
- One booth at Impact Expo
- Meals for up to 4 representatives
- 1 copy of the MIT/Olin Impact resume CD
- Company profile in Impact Guide and on Impact website
- Same services as Basic package
- Same services as Basic package
- Must meet the Small Business Requirements
- One booth at Impact Expo
- Preferred booth location
- Space for two representatives at networking event the night before the fair
- One two-hour information session, held on MIT campus
- Meals for up to 4 company representatives
- 2 copies of the MIT/Olin Impact resume CD
- Company listing in Career Fair Guide and Web Page
- Company logo in Career Fair Guide
- Company logo in MIT Student Newspaper advertisement
- Optional second adjacent booth

Cancellation Policy
You will receive a full refund if you cancel registration by
January 14, 2009. After that date, we are unable to offer any refunds.
Booth Setup
Easels for displays will be provided for upon request. Electricity will be provided for all booths. For any additional questions or accommodations, please contact impact-bigwigs@mit.edu. Phone lines and/or LAN drops will not be available. Please note all A/V requests on your registration form.

Wednesday, February 11, 2009:
- 11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Employer Check-in and registration, set up booths, lunch provided
- 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Impact Career Fair location TBD
- 6:00 - 7:00 pm: Expo ends, employer check-out
- 7:00 - 10:00 pm: Rooms available for additional presentations upon request. Interview space available for registered companies and organizations

Please be sure your company name and "Impact Career Expo" appears prominently on all boxes. Please tell us how many boxes you are sending so that we can deliver the boxes to your booth on the day of the Career Fair. To verify that boxes have arrived, contact MIT Mail Services at: 617-253-6000. Be sure to reference Impact Career Expo.
All packages should be shipped by February 6, 2009 to ensure arrival by the day of the event.
After the fair, companies can ship unused materials directly using either UPS or FedEx. Companies are responsible for shipping costs. Impact cannot be responsible for materials left at the career fair.
