Events and Information Center

Welcome! The MIT Events and Information Center provides services both to visitors and to the MIT community. Please visit our office (7-121) in Lobby 7 at 77 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5, excluding legal holidays.

If you plan to come to campus, you'll find the visitor information pages helpful. There you can find:

• Information about MIT campus tours
• Tips on where to stay, where to eat, and what to do
• General MIT information

MIT Community

The MIT Events and Information Center can help you:

• Register an event
• Post an event on the MIT Events Calendar
• Learn about services available through the Conference Services Office
• Connect with other MIT event planners
• Advertise an event in Lobby 7 or on the LED display in Bosworth's Café
• Arrange campus tours and special visits to campus
• Suggest spaces on campus for events and provide contact information

Please note that the Events and Information Center is the source of information on anything relating to Commencement Exercises. What to do about tickets, regalia, hotel accommodations, parking, inclement weather... it can all be found here.
