Space reservations

The Bush Room

The Bush Room (10-105) may be used by MIT departments, offices, or groups for MIT-focused events. The Events and Information Center manages and schedules this space.

Please note that approval is required to use the Bush Room for an event and that requests will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance; please review the Bush Room calendar and read the usage policies thoroughly before submitting your request via the submit event form* in the upper right of the calendar page. A Bush Room administrator will email you to advise on the status of your reservation.

Infinite Corridor poster displays

The fixed poster display cases in the Infinite Corridor may be reserved by members of the MIT community. To request space, please complete the online application*. Poster dimensions must be 11x17"; paper may be 65# or heavier cover stock. Please ensure that your design is in a portrait (vertical) orientation: landscape (horizontal) posters will not fit in these display cases. Questions? Please email us.

LED display in Bosworth's Café

You can advertise a special event on campus or convey news of interest to the MIT community by listing it on the LED display in Bosworth's Café in Lobby 7.
