Commitment = Completing action items by the agreed-to dates.


Example 2: Cumulative Action Register

A cumulative action register works well in Excel. The Sequence #: 1, 2, 3... helps with referencing a specific action. the Status column can mark what has been completed. Alternatively, completed items can be deleted.
