INTERNATIONAL FAIR 2008 is right around the corner!!!!
I-Fair is the largest annual cultural event at MIT where you have the chance to share your culture with all of the students at MIT. It is an integral part of Spring Weekend and this year, iFair will be held on Friday April 25th, in Kresge Lawn (in front of the Z-center) from 10AM-4PM!!
In the past, groups have taken this opportunity to share their culture with MIT students by:
- providing and selling food
- selling traditional artwork
- giving dance performances
- showing off traditional games
- teaching traditional art/dance/games
- and just by being there showing off your pride
This year participants include:
Egyptians, Persians, Malaysian, Hellenic, Turkish, Pakistani, Lebanese, Indonesians, Filipino and many more....
