Consortium Participation Levels
The ISN Industry Consortium offers three levels of membership,
based on company size and desire level of participation.
Major Industrial Members
- Contribute a core competency that will benefit the ISN
and the Consortium.
- Provide company personnel to work on ISN projects at MIT.
- Participate in annual Consortium meetings, receive copies of ISN publications,
and meet with ISN researchers and students.
- Provide substantial cost-sharing contribution (minimum $200K/year for five
years in cash, on-site personnel, equipment, or some combination).
- Provide a 2-page prospectus
outlining their proposed membership in the Consortium.
Small Business Industrial Members
- Contribute a core competency that will benefit the ISN
and the Consortium.
- May provide a company representative to work on ISN projects at MIT.
- Participate in annual Consortium meetings, receive copies of ISN publications,
and meet with ISN researchers and students.
- Provide significant cost-sharing contribution (cash, on-site personnel,
equipment, or some combination).
- Must meet U.S. Small Business Administration requirements.
- Provide a 2-page prospectus
outlining their proposed membership in the Consortium.
Interested Industrial Participants
- Participate in annual Consortium meetings, receive copies
of ISN publications, and meet with ISN researchers and students.
- Provide a gift of $25K/year to the ISN.
