Fall 2014 Registration Deadline
September 2, 2014
All international students are required by immigration regulations to register full-time within the mandatory registration reporting period. This term, the deadline is October 1, 2014.

Welcome to the International Students Office (ISO) at MIT. The ISO serves all incoming and currently enrolled international students at the Institute. The ISO assists students in maintaining their legal status in the United States, provides support for their dependents, and promotes interaction with and integration into the MIT community at large.

MIT ISO Announcements

ISO Walk-In Appointments – The ISO will continue walk-in hours on Mondays from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm and Thursdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Appointments will be first come, first served.

Update your U.S. Address on WEBSIS – All international students must update the "SEVIS US Address" and the "SEVIS International Address" on WEBSIS. Both fields need to be complete to process your registration update.

Summer Travel –If you plan to travel during the upcoming season, please read our travel advisory page to be prepared for re-entry to the US. The I-94 arrival/departure system is now electronic if you are traveling by air or sea.
