Meeting Facilitation

Requesting Meeting Facilitation

At this time, we ask that requests be made through IST-HR <ist-hr> when facilitation/scribing resource is needed. IST-HR will attempt to match your need with someone from the following list:

• IST-HR itself - Allison Dolan, Ed Dolan, Kate Kibbee
• IS&T Staff experienced with meeting facilitation
• OED (Organization & Employee Development -- previously Performance Consulting and Training)
• Brian McDonald, MOR Associates Inc.
• Alumni/ae of the Mastering Meetings and Essential Facilitation courses (sorry, we can't list the names at this time, please contact Kate Kibbee)

Of course, if you have a relationship with anyone/any team listed above, you should feel free to contact them directly. However, since there are fees charged when using Brian McDonald, any request for his services must go through IST-HR. By making your request through IST-HR, we will better be able to meet future needs and offer services accordingly.

Courses

All IS&T Team Leaders are required to complete Mastering Meetings by December 31, 2001. Other IS&T staff are encouraged to attend. The next offering will be:
