Note: Per Massachusetts state law, MIT must keep the hardcopy original of signed, completed reviews for at least three years after a person has left MIT. Supervisors should keep all reviews as long as they remain in that role (or ensure they are filed in a common area). They may wish to transfer the files if the individual gets a new supervisor. They may send all reviews to their IST-HR Liaison if the person leaves MIT.

Supervisors are encouraged to send copies of final reviews to Allison Dolan, E19-741, for central storage.
