Project Team Member Evaluation

Beginning of Project

  • Project's coordinating Process Director and Project Team Leader discuss expectations for performance evaluations.
  • Project Team Leader discusses expectations for performance evaluations with all team members, including a review of the Project Personnel Evaluation Form to be used.

List of IS&T Staff and Their Supervisors


End of Project

The Project Team Leader:

The Evaluation Form will be sent automatically to the team member's Supervisor and to the projects' coordinating Process Director.


By February 28th of Each Calendar Year

For staff assigned to projects still active whose duration is greater than 12 months.

The Project Team Leader:

  • Will submit a performance evaluation for each team member, which will be sent automatically to the team member's Supervisor and to the project's Process Director.
  • May review the performance evaluation with the team member.

For support staff, similar deadlines will be observed for their annual performance appraisal.
