Training, Consulting
and Publishing Group
Mission
The Training, Consulting and Publishing group consists of four IS&T teams:
Adaptive Technology for Information and Computing (ATIC), Publishing, Training,
and Web Consulting Services (WCS). As part of IS&T's Client
Support Services,
the TCP group helps MIT faculty, students, and staff maximize their effective
use of IT services and technology in fulfillment of MIT's mission.The TCP group
provides IT training; consultative assistance to the community in areas ranging
from accessibility and web production to usability; and end-user documentation
and communication about IS&T services.
