Mission
Provide the MIT campus with timely and dependable delivery of network installations and infrastructure, including maintenance and upgrades via professional, cross-functional collaboration. In addition, TNIS is dedicated to providing the MIT community with reliable campus-wide wireless coverage.

Services Offered

• Installing jacks for telephone and network service -- Request an Ethernet Jack Installation
• Installing equipment for network access
• Maintaining interior building network infrastructure
• Repairing network outages
• Issuing and maintaining IP Addresses -- Request an IP Address/Host Name
• Deployment and maintenance of wireless service
