This is the total amount of Apple CPU's, Dell CPU's, Dell servers, Apple laptops, Dell Laptops and HP printers deployed by quarter.

SLA Departments
Number of Departments purchasing long-term Service Level Agreements from DITR.

SLA hrs/wk
This is the total number of hours per week assigned to Service Level Agreements at the end of the quarter.

AdminIT Visits
Total numer of Preventative Maintenance visits per quarter.
