View or Change Account Owners
Making someone an account owner allows that user to access the Account Management page for that number. It has no other effect. To cancel an account, change the user assigned to an account, or create a new account, contact Telephone Client Support at telephone-help@mit.edu or 3-HELP (617-253-4357).
Note: You must be an owner of the account you want to modify.
- Access the Account Management page.

- In the Account owners section (circled in green above), do one of the following:
- To view the current account owners, open the View assigned owners pull-down list.
- To add an owner, click on the Add a new owner radio button and enter the new owner's Kerberos ID.
- To delete an owner, click on the Delete an owner radio button and select the owner's Kerberos ID on the pull-down list.
Note: If you delete your own Kerberos ID from the list of account owners, you will no longer be able to access the management tools for this account.
- If you have added or deleted any owners, click the Update Settings button at the bottom of the screen.
