First Steps

  1. Configure your voice mail.
    • New access number: 617-324-5995
    • Default PIN: Your five-digit extension
    • Record a personal greeting! The default greeting is anonymous.
    • Set a custom PIN for security.

  2. Take a tour of your new phone's Buttons and Display Icons.
