MITvoip Web Interface User Guide

Overview

The MITvoip Web Interface offers online access to many of your phone options and to new, advanced functions like voice mail by email, "find-me/follow-me" features, and remote office. Because this interface is available through any MIT-compatible browser, it puts these features at your fingertips no matter where you are.

Accessing Your Account

  1. Go to http://sylantro.mit.edu. Use an MIT-supported browser with your personal certificates installed.

  2. The Account pull-down menu shows the phone number(s) you may access. Select the one you want and click the Login button.
Result: The MITvoip Web Interface for that account will open.

  3. If you want to access a different phone number, click the link for list of accounts to return to the login screen.

Note: You can change which phone number to access at any time by selecting a new number from the Accounts menu and clicking Login again.
