Selection criteria and process
The nomination period for the 2008 Steven Wade Neiterman Award isOctober 1 through October 17, 2008.
Criteria
An award nominee should be a strong individual contributor in a team environment.
This contribution should be exemplified through their career at MIT. Any
member of the MIT community, except the Information Services and Technology
Leadership Team and the Selection Committee, may nominate an IT colleague
by completing the online nomination form.
Process
Award nominations must
be submitted electronically or directly to the Office of the Vice President
for Information Services and Technology, Room 10-219. Nominations will
then be reviewed by the Selection Committee and the finalists will be
evaluated by the Information Technology Leadership Team. Final selection
will occur within two weeks following the close of nominations.
