Data and Reporting Services

New Users: Request Data Warehouse Access

To request access to the Data Warehouse, please complete the form below. You will generally have the same sort of access in the Warehouse that you do in other Roles Database applications such as SAP, HR, and MITSIS.

For a description of how access is granted, please see our Procedures for Granting Access.

Please allow one full working day beyond the day of your request for your access to be activated.

Confirmation: After your request has been received and all the information has been processed, you will receive an email message confirming that you have access to the information you requested. Please allow one full working day beyond the day of your request for your confirmation to be sent.
