To become a member of the IT Partners program, please fill in the form below. Membership in the program gives you access to a variety of benefits and also expresses your interest in participating with your fellow support providers to realize the goals of the IT Partners program.

The information collected here will be used only by the IT Partners or the program administrators, and will not be made publicly available without your permission. (Some of the questions below ask for your permission to publicize certain information; you can accept or decline these requests.)
