Accomplishments Past Period:

Replaced temporary SF2 ITS with permanent hardware
Community testers continued to give feedback.
Development continues on VIP card process.
Completed deployment of SF5 ITS environment.
Forwarded draft version of ITS Change Control Process to
Susan Minai-Azary and Paul Hill

Goals for the Coming Period:

Introduce journal voucher functionality to Production for a central pilot by
the end of August
Finalize documentation for change control process
Draft documentation for maintenance and support plan
Begin working with the IT Architecture designated representative to draft a
quantitative
risk analysis for ASPCC.

Issues:
-------------------------------
We discovered we need ITS patch 4.6D prior to going to Production with the
community.
The patch is not available until 8/28/00.
We lost our lead ITS developer, Dianthe Schroeder and summer vacations have
been delaying
our progress.
Our internal teamís goal was to go into pilot with a limited number of
users on
7/17.
