Accomplishments past period:

- Production ITS server was up and running on 8/28 as scheduled
- Transactions are being processed in a controlled environment in Production
- Added more features to journal voucher transactions
- Development 50% done on verification of VISA charges functionality
- Worked with Dan Hart, Peter Kelley, and Mark Sprague to modify the ITS Change Control Process

Goals for the coming period:

- Increase size of Pilot to about 20 users by the end of September
- Evaluate SAP 4.6D ITS patch to fix web reporting bugs

Issues:
---------
- The SAP 4.6C upgrade is starting and its going to take some resources away from our project.
- The SAP 4.6D ITS patch is still not generally available from SAP. We would like to wait until its installed prior to rolling out to the community.
