WE GOT MARRIED

Their Story

Jeff and Janet met on OkCupid. Their first date was at Mission Bar.

A month after meeting, they traveled to the magical land of Berlin together. Janet found this freak conjoined hearts pretzel on the plane to Berlin and took a picture of it. Selfie on the streets of Berlin. Selfie on the trains of Berlin. Shortly after that trip, Janet moved in with Jeff. Like, very shortly. The boxes were big and many, and they were mostly full of clothes. Once living together, Jeff and Janet spent much time nesting and cooking. As part of the nesting program, Janet picked up baking. There was lots of paleo and non-paleo baking. Unrelated, Janet quit her job around this time, so there was extra time for baking. Jeff had to eat most of her creations.
Jeff picked up taking pictures of Janet while she was talking and moving her hands really fast. It was around this time in the fall, that Jeff and Janet decided to get married. Of course, the very first thing they had to do was make rings. And then it seemed prudent to visit their respective families before they got married. So they went to Boston in November to visit Janet's parents. Selfie while waiting for trains in Boston. In January, they went to Florida to visit Jeff's parents. Jeff fishing in Florida. Then not much happened for months, just more selfies. Selfies at home. Selfies out at bars.
Selfies on the couch. Serious selfies on the couch. Serious selfies at a bar. Silly selfies at a restaurant. Silly selfies back at home. Selfies in snowstorms. Until finally, yes, they got to the selfie at city hall on their wedding day. They were wed on June 5th, 2015. And that's the story of how Jeff and Janet got together.

Party Details

Jeff and Janet are hosting a cocktail party
to celebrate with all of their friends.

The party is on Saturday, October 3rd
from 8pm to midnight. Toasts are at 9pm.

It will be at a wacky loft space in San Francisco.
