JSR-197 Generic Connection Framework (GCF) Optional Package for the J2SE Platform Specification 1.0 Final Release
The GCF Optional Package for J2SE will permit applications that rely on the GCF in J2ME to migrate to J2SE.

JSR-174 Monitoring and Management Specification for the Java Virtual Machine 1.0
Public Review Draft

Provides Java applications, system management tools and RAS-related tools with the ability to monitor the health of the Java virtual machine as well as manage certain run-time controls.

JSR-166 Concurrency Utilities Specification 1.0
Public Review Draft

The JSR proposes a set of medium-level utilities that provide functionality commonly needed in concurrent programs.
