The Mobile Information Device Profile for Palm OS (MIDP for Palm OS) is a Java application runtime environment based on the Connected Limited Device Configuration (CLDC) 1.0 and MIDP 1.0 specifications. It is targeted at Palm OS handhelds (such as Palm, Handspring, and Sony) running Palm OS version 3.5. http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/earlyAccess/midp_palm/ o Java 2 Platform Micro Edition, Wireless Toolkit 1.0.2. The J2ME Wireless Toolkit is a set of tools that provides developers with the emulation environment, documentation and examples needed to develop CLDC/MIDP compliant applications. The JAIN SPA 2.1 Mobility API is the Java specification of the Parlay API Version 2.1 Mobility interface. The API is intended to allow software developers to rapidly develop external Service Provider type applications using abstract primitives that hide the heterogeneity of underlying networks. http://java.sun.com/aboutJava/communityprocess/jsr/jsr_098_spa.html o JSR-000026 UML/EJB Mapping Specification. This draft is available for Public Review as part of the Java Community Process Program, version 2.0. The specification describes a standard mapping between the Enterprise JavaBeansTM architecture and the Unified Modeling Language.
