Jacob Morzinski

I am a graduate student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, studying Physics. My research is in the field of atomic physics; we do atom trapping with neutral Rubidium to perform various experiments.

I also spend some time with computers, and am a member of MIT's Student Information Processing Board. I specialize in installing and maintaing software on Unix systems, but also dabble in shell and perl scripting, and can field standards-related questions about SMTP, IMAP, MIME, and HTML.

Odd things that aren't very important are in the list of miscellaneous links.

A list of old bug reports is in the bugs list.

HelpDesk links.

I have a set of regularly-read comics (warning: loads 20 pages simultaneously).
My overall bookmark list is old and out of date; I don't use it much any more.

If you know me personally, I may have given you a password that lets you view my photo albums.

Every once in a while I use PGP, software that modestly provides Pretty Good Privacy for e-mail messages. If you'd like to send me a securely encrypted message, you can use my PGP public key to do so.
