Job Description

STEAMFITTER, Facilities, to install, operate, and maintain high and low pressure steam systems consisting of pressure reducing valves, gate and butterfly valves, traps, expansion joints, boilers, etc. REQUIREMENTS: a minimum of five years' recent experience applicable to the trade and a valid Massachusetts' driver's license. Licensed pipe fitter preferred. Ability to work from blueprints, verbal instructions, or sketches necessary. Must be able to electric arc weld all piping systems as required and work towards A.S.M.E. certification for steel pipe. Underground steam distribution experience strongly desirable. Must be available to work any shift as required by the operations of Utility Team. 01-0739
