The work will involve microfabrication including the following processes: photolithography (coater, exposure, develop), etching (wet and dry), DRIE, wafer bonding, thin film deposition (evaporation, sputtering, CVD), high temperature processes (oxidation, diffusion, annealing), and inspection/measurement (microscopy-SEM and optical, film metrology). REQUIREMENTS: a college degree (B.S./M.S.), five-plus years of industrially-relevant experience, and extensive familiarity with clean room protocols and chemical safety. The processes involved and described above are part of integrated devices and experience with integrated process execution (scheduling, materials management, record keeping) is required.
