Salary Grade Q Full-time/Part-time F Job Description MANAGER, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE, Facilities- Structural Services and Zone Maintenance Services, to be responsible for managing two service areas and for ensuring technical quality and a high level of customer satisfaction and value to the MIT community. Structural Services includes carpentry, roofing, glazing, painting, and locksmiths. Zone Maintenance Services includes preventive maintenance, HVAC, classroom maintenance, and research building maintenance.
