Tibetan Restaurant

We decided to eat dinner close to the Cirque d’Hiver, the show we would be watching that evening. After walking through the unfamiliar quarter for several minutes we decided to eat in a restaurant that we thought was Indian. As we approached we realized that it was in fact a Tibetan restaurant, a cuisine that almost none of us had tried before. We chose to go in anyways and were pleasantly surprised. The dishes ranged from tofu with vegetables, to vegetable dumplings to lamb curry.

Tibetan food

We only had time to eat one dish but I think many of us were disappointed that we didn’t get the chance to try some of the interesting looking yogurt-based desserts on the menu. (-Alona)
