I joined the MIT
philosophy department as an assistant professor in 2009, after
spending three years as a Junior Fellow at the
Harvard Society of Fellows. Before that I was a graduate student
in philosophy
at Oxford. My research focuses on ethics and, more specifically,
on some questions concerning the nature of moral reasons.
