Follow through Portsmouth into Middletown.

Two traffic lights in short succession (Dunkin Donuts on right).

Follow signs pointing left to Newport Beaches.

Go down to water, follow beach on left. (Memorial Blvd)

Come up the hill, cross Bellevue Ave (First or second light).

Down hill, right onto Spring St.

Right onto Mill St. @ first stop sign.

Come up hill, look for a parking spot.  (Corne is the first right,
but is one-way the wrong way.)
